Robust, see-through door

The door is one of the most important components of an oven. All PizzaMaster® ovens have an exceptionally robust door with generously dimensioned bearings. This ensures super-smooth opening and closing, a million times or more. Integral to the door is a large, heat-reflecting window, which combines maximum visibility with minimal heat loss.

Robust ergonomic door handles

All PizzaMaster ovens are equipped with robust, ergonomically designed well-insulated door handles with comfortable grips for optimal leverage and minimal physical effort.

Three individually regulated heat zones per deck

Three electronically regulated heat zones – at the top, bottom and front of the oven – enable exceptionally precise control and maintenance of the oven temperature. This enables all types of pizza to be baked to perfection. It also lets you adapt the oven easily to meet different levels of demand.

Turbo-start function

A turbo-start function is engaged automatically when the oven is switched on. This brings the oven up to temperature very quickly, thus reducing costs by saving time.

High, uniform heating capacity

A very high heat-output to size ratio, together with totally uniform heat distribution, ensures that each and every pizza – front and back, top and bottom – receives exactly the same thermal attention.

Natural-clay hearths with crisping function

Every PizzaMaster hearth is made of a special grade of natural clay, which is carefully formed and slow-baked to become optimally porous, so that it absorbs and stores exactly the right amount of heat. What is more, the surface of every PizzaMaster hearth is textured specially to induce an air-flow around each pizza that is baked directly on the hearth. The result is a light and crispy base every time, and customers who come back for more and more.

Quick temperature recovery

With optimally placed, generously dimensioned heating elements and efficient heat-storing hearths, PizzaMaster ovens recover the pre-set temperature very quickly after the door has been closed. This ensures minimal thermal variation during busy periods and consistently good baking results.

Low energy consumption

Thanks to optimal element placement, effective insulation and efficient heat storage in the hearths, PizzaMaster ovens consume less energy than other ovens working at the same capacity and intensity. This reduces costs and speeds the return on your investment.

Dual anti-glare halogen lighting

Every PizzaMaster oven is equipped with two flush-fitted anti-glare halogen lamps, one on each side of the oven, near the front. This gives excellent visibility for inspecting the bake and loading or unloading individual pizzas.

Retractable stainless-steel frontal unloading shelf

PizzaMaster models come with a smoothly retractable frontal unloading shelf of stainless steel. It can be mounted either just below the oven to give a large multi-purpose worktop where you need it most, or lower down in the stand to give a handy retractable surface on which to stack your pizza boxes.

PizzaMaster ovens are pre-designed to accept a range of quality accessories that increase efficiency and boost productivity. While the desired accessories are usually specified when the oven is ordered, they can also be ordered subsequently and installed at any time after purchase.

  • What are Rack Ovens?

Artisan style breads are best baked in a stone based deck oven. The stone will give you a good even heat, and the bottom heat, (elements under the stone)and the top heat, (ceiling elements in the chamber) can be independently adjusted. The stone deck oven will also bake all other products. They are available in gas or electric.

These ovens are standard fan forced ovens, where the trays are hand loaded into the oven. They are generally available in 4,5,6 or 10 tray capacity, and various tray sizes. These ovens are good for baking muffins, and pastries. They are a lot smaller and will go on a bench top. These ovens are generally your entry level commercial ovens.

Rack ovens are fan forced ovens, where the product is baked on trays, loaded in a rack, which can be wheeled in and out of the oven. This makes loading the oven quick and efficient, saving time. These ovens are best suited to high volume baking and generally take up less space than deck ovens. Rack ovens are available with rotating racks ( turning rack ) or static racks (doesn't turn). With the rotating rack ovens, you tend to get a more even bake than you would with a normal convection oven. Rack ovens with a variable fan speed, will allow you to bake "soft products" by adjusting the fan speed. Rack ovens are available in gas or electric.
