The Ministar ovens’ compact size and shape embody all of Logiudice’s experience and quality. Thanks to our technology and fifty years of experience, we are proud to have been among the first manufacturers in the world to offer this affordable option. Technology blends with the ancient wisdom of the art of baking to create an oven with traditional baking , perfect for bread, pizza, and pastries . Built with 4, 5, and 6 chambers, they offer baking surfaces ranging from 3.44 m² to 9.10 m². The channels are constructed from refractory steel cylinders. Due to their compact size , they can also be supplied fully assembled and are used with both trays and baking frames. Both versions can be equipped with a manual oven peel, integrated with the oven itself , to allow for loading and unloading the entire chamber. Available with gas, diesel, and pellet burners.

Fixed Deck Electric Oven
The reduced dimensions and compact shape of Ministar ovens embody the full extent of
Logiudice’s experience and quality.
Technology is combined with age-old baking know-how to create an oven for traditional baking, ideal
for bread, pizzas, pastries and cakes.
The ovens in the Ministar series operate on diesel oil, gas, electricity or pellet (see chart); thanks to
their reduced dimensions, they can even be supplied fully assembled and are used with both trays
and setters. Both lines can be supplied with a manual loader, integrated with the oven,
which allows the loading and unloading of the whole deck.
MINISTAR RING:
– Fire channel built using refractory steel cylinders.
– Separate steam generators for each individual baking chamber positioned in the lower part of the oven in
direct contact with the combustion gases generated by the burner.
They guarantee large quantities of steam with very fast recovery times.
– External diameter of tubes 21 mm, with 3,1 mm thickness.
– Stone deck made of refractory material.
– Stainless steel front and external covering.
– Quick recovery and temperature change.
– Available in gas or diesel versions.
– Low fuel consumption.
MINISTAR stone – pellet:
– Refractory brick fire channels.
– External diameter of tubes 21 mm, with 3,1 mm thickness.
– Stone deck made of refractory material.
– Stainless steel front and external covering.
– Separate steam generators for each individual baking chamber positioned in the lower part of the oven in
direct contact with the hot combustion gases generated by the burner.
